Easy and Inexpensive Table Decor for Thanksgiving

Do you know how you're fixing your table for Thanksgiving yet? If you're not eating at your house, would the hostess like you to help fix her table? Well, if you aren't sure of what you're doing, here are some quick and inexpensive ways to use nature at the Thanksgiving table this year.

Pinecones
can be free and work wonderfully for Thanksgiving and
Christmas decor. A little gold or sliver paint and they make a beautiful decoration or name holder.
Also notice the #2 would be easy and inexpensive.

PUMPKINS
are still readily available in most places. Maybe even in your garden. They are so fitting for fall and can be painted, glued on, and come in so many fun sizes and colors.

I love the cloche with the leaves and twine.

BH&G

Love these leaves, pumpkins and gourds hanging from the candelabra.

If you still have flowers around where you live, this pumpkin as a vase is excellent! Wheat, or leafed branches would be beautiful too!

These work wonderfully as a welcome sign on the table. How simple to just stack them and add a ribbon!

BH&G

These mini pumpkins as candle holders are easy and fun!

Buy beans and peas in bulk and add them to candles or fall produce for a table decoration! It's inexpensive and something fun to do with the kids!

Love these painted pumpkins at the corner of the table. I love how everyone is painting pears now days too.

This table is beautiful and simple with some lavender and pumpkins.

Branches and Leaves

Fall colored berries in a vase with white beans at the bottom.

Fall colored leaves are free and a beautiful centerpiece by themselves!

Beautiful leaves in jars are perfect for table decorating.

Wheat

I love wheat in fall arrangements! You can usually pick it up off the side of the road, or a similar looking grass/weed.

Acorns

Nothing says fall like an acorn!

Or any type of nut for that matter.

Paper

I know you can't find paper in nature, but it is fairly inexpensive, and using it in decor can be very cute. (I must admit I can see me burning my house down with this idea below). I still love it though!

Hope this helps you think outside the box on some creative Thanksgiving tablescape ideas!

*My apologies for not having credits on all the pictures. Between Pinterest and using my in-laws computer, I lost where I found most of them.
