POWOW. The New Messaging App for Android Phones.

POWOW Messenger for Android is an up and coming app in today's fast paced, connected world. 

I added it to my android phone and I now finally feel "organized" with my contacts and people who I typically message. 

Not only did I organize some of the friends and family that I message most into groups, but POWOW Messenger for Android also added the contacts from my Google circles! 

So far it has been helpful and very uncomplicated! I'm excited to learn even more about what it has to offer! 

I'm loving the layout. There is more color and the picture presentation is nicer. 

This is an example of how the screen looks and the different icons that make it easy to organize all the people in your life!

Here are some of POWOW's top features:

1.) There is group messaging with true reply-all for everyone in the group. 

2.)  There is single place for all one-to-one and group messages, replacing the need for 2 apps to do both.

3.)  ZIPIT: Blacklist unwanted texters so you don't see any notifications or messages; Mute notifications so you don't see notifications, but still recieve mesages.

The nice thing about this app, is that it uses the device's native messaging capabilities, so it really doesn't feel foreign. It feels like the same messaging system that you used before, but with a lot more options! 

This app hasn't been avalible long, but has grown very quickly in popularity.
