I often talk about finding a "balance" in life.
In my life, it's usually a fine balance between including enough of what I love, and think is important, -vs- including too much!
How do you feel about having a balanced life and that being linked to better health? Is it something you have given much thought?
Besides blogging, I also work as a Registered Dieitian.
Through the years, I have loved learning about how food can help and hinder the body, but our physical health can be effected by so many more things that food and exercise.
I personally focus on having a 3-part balance in my life. I want to be healthy spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I think being healthy in these three areas puts me on the best track to feeling physically well!
"Feeling balanced" is different for every person, but now there is a website powered by Humana that is there to help you. It's called My Well-Being.
This is an incredible and very well-rounded website that includes so much about health and wellness, but includes many other life-balancing tips, articles and videos that will help you with your well-being.
The My Well-Being website includes everything from videos on how to talk with your spouse about finances to articles on how to make your calories count for you.
It even has memory games to play and articles on how to enhance your creativity.
Here is a short video that will give you an even better idea on how to use this site!
