Day 4 of the sewing nook redo: Repurposing a towel rack for a ribbon holder.

I aquired this towel rack at the Goodwill some time ago. I think it was $2.
To use it as a ribbon holder I unscrewed the screw out of the back of the star you see here. This allows me to take the bar out and in as needed. Luckily the whole is deep enough for the bar to stay put, even though it's not fastened.

It looks like I will need a bigger option in the future, but actually 4 or 5 of the "ribbon rolls" are actually no sew rolls, that I had purchased about 5 of over the last couple yrs, since I couldn't find the ones I had previsouly purchased. It will pay to be a little more organized!
